As many times as I’ve enjoyed the My Father Le Bijou 1922, this is the first time I’ve really delved in for a real review to find out why I love it. Not only is it a fabulous smoke with lots of bragging rights and a beautiful backstory, it’s one of the most versatile palates I’ve ever tasted in a cigar… which made it the perfect subject for the ongoing bourbon debate – which is better, Woodford Reserve or the Woodford Reserve Double Oaked? Did 9 extra months in a barrel make a big difference?
